Rothbury – Road: From Rothbury (on the B6341) travel through Thropton. Two miles further on take the right turning for Sharperton and pass through Harbottle. One mile further on as you approach Alwinton turn right on to a river track which is signposted towards Clennell and the Hotel is approximately one mile ahead.
