Clay Hall House Review – This beautiful and romantic 500 year old timber beamed Tudor manor house dates from the time of King Henry VIII with huge fireplaces and woodburners. Guest rooms are in a separate wing of Clay Hall House built around 1520yet offer 21st century luxury. King Size room has a large Private En Suite Bathroom. Double room has a compact private shower room two paces outside the room. Ideal for groups of up to five. Unfortunately this historic house is not suitable for children. Breakfasts using best quality locally sourced ingredients are cooked on an Aga stove in a kitchen awarded a top hygiene rating of 5.
