Albatross Review – Situated in the heart of Newcastle city centre the Albatross Hostel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas a free house safe and a laundry service. As there is no curfew for access to the property guests are free to come and go at any time of the day. Newcastle Central Train station is just a 5-minute walk from the property. Each room at the Albatross comes with access to a shared bathroom a self-catering kitchen and independent room heating. A pool table is available to use free of charge and guests also benefit from complimentary toast tea and coffee. An outside seating area is provided as well as a dedicated smoking area. Bars clubs and restaurants can be found within a 2-minute walk of the hostel. The Haymarket area of Newcastle is 10 minutes away on foot and includes a selection of venues hosting live bands. Newcastle Airport can be reached in less than 20 minutes by taxi or metro.

Newcastle Central Train Station – cross over the road and bear right turn left onto Grainger Street. Cross the junction and Albatross is 200m on your left. Airport – take the Metro to Newcastle Central Train Station and follow above directions.
